If you ever walk around Lake Merritt you will see the same guy in the same spot every day.
He draws things on the sidewalk that never make any sense.
Way back he used to write “Boogieland USA Stand Down” and things like Girly Girly Girly.
After disappearing for a while he came back with Return To Toyland and now is on a Elf Pimp Warlock Empress 1 hat 2 hat kick.
Who knows what it all means but I find it entertaining.
