
How to cook bacon in the oven
First…. buy it!
Believe it or not it’s really simple and a lot easier than frying bacon in a pan. Also a lot less dangerous with minimal to no clean up.

Before.
Foil up a baking sheet on a baking pan and stuff 11 or as many pieces as you can fit on aluminum foil.
Preheat your oven between 350 and 425 degrees depending on your stove.
Check in 15 minutes? I dunno use your head take it out when it’s how you like it.
I personally do 400, set a timer for 15 minutes and then turn the oven off letting it sit in there and bake down and cool down. So after 15 minutes I just take it out when I feel it’s to the crunchiness I like.

After.
It is crackin!
And you don’t have to stand there over a frying pan all paranoid dodging burning hot grease rockets.
No clean up either, just wrap the aluminum foil in a ball and throw it away.

I like to break up a bunch of bacon in my mac and cheese and put some fresh ground pepper and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce in it.
I Don’t always Instagram my food.
But when I do it’s because my left arm is tingling.
